AS9100D Purchasing Standard Terms and\nConditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

General:<\/strong> As a Supplier\/Vendor to Scuderia Rare\nParts, (SRP) it is understood that your organization agrees to meet the\nfollowing stipulations AS9100D requirements whenever a Purchase Order is\naccepted, These requirements are, therefore, to be considered as terms and\nconditions to all purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Our organization reserves\nthe right of final approval of product, procedures, processes and equipment\nupon receipt.<\/li>
  2. All special processes\nrequired by this PO must be performed by qualified personnel.<\/li>
  3. Vendors providing\nspecial processing must maintain a system for validating processes.<\/li>
  4. The Vendor shall\nmaintain the proper identification and revision status of specifications,\ndrawings, process requirements, inspection\/verification instructions and other\nrelevant technical data.<\/li>
  5. Our organization\nreserves the right to approve or specify any designs, tests, inspection plans,\nverifications, use of statistical techniques for product acceptance, and any\napplicable critical items including key characteristics.<\/li>
  6. Provide test specimens\nfor inspection\/verification, investigation, or auditing<\/li>
  7. The Vendor is required\nto:
    1. Notify our organization\nof nonconforming product.<\/li><\/ol>
      1. Obtain our organization\napproval for nonconforming product disposition.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. Notify our organization\nof changes in product and\/or process, changes of suppliers, and changes of\nmanufacturing facility locations.<\/li><\/ol>
          1. Flow down to the supply\nchain the applicable requirements including customer requirements.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          2. The Vendor is required\nto retain all Records associated with the Purchase Order for 7 (seven) years or as\nrequired by contract.<\/li>
          3. Right of access by our\norganization, our customer and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas\nof all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and\nto all applicable records.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            1. Certification of Materials and\/or Process performed\nmust accompany materials\/parts received. Invoice will be aged for payment based\non date Certification(s) is received.<\/li>
            2. Counterfeit Product: All product provided to\nBuyer shall consist of new materials and authentic products only. Buyer must be\ncontacted in the event that Vendor becomes aware of Counterfeit Product.\nProduct will be considered Counterfeit if Purchase Order calls manufacturer\nname and required manufacturer is not supplied. In order to prevent and\nmitigate for Counterfeit product, all suppliers must have a Counterfeit\nprotection plan in place. <\/li>
            3. Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct: This\nclause shall be flowed to subordinate suppliers at all tiers.
              1. Buyer will conduct its\nbusiness fairly, impartially, and in an ethical and proper manner.<\/li><\/ol>

                  1. Supplier shall implement\nan awareness program to ensure employees understand their contribution to\nProduct\/Service conformity, product safety, and the importance of ethical\nbehavior.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
